Women and the Kids too. On enrollment,
we assess the level of Physical
Fitness ( Fitness Test ) and
suggest the type of activity to be
more concentrated
upon viz Cardiovascular
(Aerobic) – Strength
Training – Specific exercise
programming to loose fat – loose
weight – weight gain – overall
fitness.
We design individual program
for the member as per their specific
goal for kids, young people, men,
women, and including senior citizens.
We prepare exercise program for the
persons suffering from Diabetes, Blood
Pressure, Cardiovascular Dieses,
Arthritis, and Osteoporosis. We
prepare the sports specific program
and have trained Number of Students
for various sports like Body building,
Power lifting, Skating, Boxing,
Cricket, Shooting, track & field.
